wrote a blog post the other day about adult stem cells and how they’re the healing system of the body.

So, I just wanted to share this video that explains how stem cells work. It’s just been released by Cerule, the company that make the stem cell pills that I’m taking. I talked a bit about them in this post and yes, they’re still my favourite supplement.
