There seems to be a growing interest in the Guilt Free Desserts recipe book and to be honest, I’m not surprised. When people realise that they can literally ‘have their cake and eat it too’ without expanding their waistlines or raising their blood sugar, and that they can eat delicious cakes and dessert without the guilt, they want to know more.
